Introduction

Lyntra Player (the "App") is developed and operated by Lyntra Technology Ltd ("we", "us", or the "Company"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

In short: the App does not require an account, does not contain advertising or in-app purchases, does not use third-party analytics or other third-party SDKs, and does not collect or upload your personal information or playback data.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store on our servers:

your name, email address, phone number, account information, contacts, or precise location;
media files, playlist links, stream addresses, favorites, playback history, or playback position;
device identifiers, advertising identifiers, analytics events, or crash reports;
payment information, because the App has no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other paid items.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Media sources you add, imported files, playback history, favorites, cache, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We cannot access this information. You can remove it from within the App where applicable, or delete all local App data by uninstalling the App.

3. Network and File Access

When you choose to open an online media source, your device connects directly to the address you provide. We do not proxy, inspect, or log that connection. The operator of a source may receive technical information normally sent with an internet request, such as your IP address. You are responsible for the sources you choose to access.

When you choose a local file, the App accesses only the file you select for playback. The file remains on your device and is not uploaded by us.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, account, payment, or cloud-storage services. It does not share personal information with third parties because it does not collect personal information.

5. Data Security and Retention

Because we do not collect or store your personal information on our servers, we do not retain it. You remain responsible for protecting your device and any local data stored on it.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
